Die der Vergänglichkeit unterworfenen verhüllten Bäume wirkten wie Architektur – sie wurden zur Plastik – verhüllte Baummonumente.

Sabina Roth und Peter Gartmann haben schwarz-weisse und monochrome Baumbilder geschaffen, zerbrechlich und fragil –

sie wirken wie filigrane, räumliche Objekte, sphärische Baumwesen –

voller Leichtigkeit und Vielschichtigkeit.

Die Bäume werden zur Abstraktion, archaisch und sakral –

symbolisch für das Bewusste und Unbewusste, für das Sichtbare und Unsichtbare.
